All Medical and surgical emergencies are handled in the Casualty having the
resuscitation equipment like ventilator, monitor, defibrillator, oxygen suction in
treatment rooms. The patients for observation are admitted in the causality
ward, which has facilities for emergency management.
T h e I n t e n s i v e C a r e U n i t s :
The Coronary Care Unit, the Acute Medical Care unit, the Acute Surgical Care
unit, the pediatric intensive Care Units are fully equipped with ventilators,
monitors, defibrillators, Pulse oxymeters, Central Oxygen supply, Suction,
Portable X-ray and Neonatal resuscitation kits.
O p e ra t i o n T h e a t r e s :
Eight Operation theatres are air-conditioned and each is dedicated to the
needs of the respective departments Two Minor Operation theatres are
functional for day care surgeries.
R a d i o l o g y & I m a g i n g S c i e n c e s :
The department has 500 MA, 300 MA and a 60 MA X - ray plants with
adequate radiation protection measures.The Department is also equipped
with CT scan right from the inception of the hospital.
C l i n i c a l l a b o r a t o r y s e r v i c e s :
The Central Clinical laboratory services are operational round the clock and
have a state of art equipment like gas analyzer, Biochemical auto analyzer,
Electrolyte analyzer etc
B l o o d B a n k :
Full-fledged Blood bank is in operation as per the specifications laid down by
the Drug Controller of India.
O u t P a t i e n t D e p a r t m e n t :
Well-ventilated outpatient clients for male and female patients separately are
being run in the departments of General Medicine, General Surgery, T B. &
C. D., Psychiatry, D.V.L., Paediatrics, E.N.T., Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics,
Dental, OB & GY,Diabetic and Neuro Surgery.
A m b u l a n c e & P h a r m a c y :
Round the clock ambulance service available with emergency kit.Pharmacy
services are available round the clock for Out & Inpatients.
I n p a t i e n t W a r d s :
Well- ventilated, adequately spaced wards for inpatients are located in the I,II
& III floors of the hospital. The female & male patients are separately placed.
