CIRCULAR
As per the directions of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, and in accordance with directions of MCI, the following Anti Ragging Squads and Anti Ragging Committee are being formulated, to prevent ragging in our institution.
All the members in concerned Anti Ragging Squads are requested to keep a strict vigil to prevent ragging. The members should make rounds and keep a watch on suspicious senior students, surroundings, etc. The members must interact with the freshers and enquire about their difficulties, and any incidents of ragging. The concerned members of Anti Ragging Squads are also requested to respond urgently in case of any distress call or complaint from freshers or from their parents, to their mobile phones. As per the government guidelines, in the absence of specific complaints also the concerned Anti Ragging Squads must look at suspicious acts of ragging based on circumstances.
The concerned members of Anti Ragging Squads will bring the matter of ragging or suspected acts of ragging in their respective areas to the Anti ragging committee for necessary follow up action and for registering cases with police department, on those students involved in Ragging.
All the members of Anti-Ragging committee and Anti-Ragging squads are hereby requested to attend the Anti-Ragging meeting on 30-07-2009 at 3.00 p.m in lecture hall No.1.

For taking necessary action into the incidents of ragging, and suspected acts of ragging, anti ragging committee is being formed with following members. This committee will discuss and enquire each and every incident of ragging and suspected acts of ragging, and recommended necessary follow up action as per directions of the MCI, NTR UHS & government.
